Wakame Dressed in Red Oil

Fresh wakame, pick out its impurities, wash and set aside.

Then chop finely and add some chopped onions.
3.
Pour some flavour or seafood soy sauce.
4.
Pour in some oyster sauce.
5.
Put a spoonful of chili oil or red oil.
6.
In another pan, fry some hot oil and pour it in.
7.
Finally, pour in the right amount of vinegar.
8.
Mix well and serve.
