Wakame with Enoki Mushroom
1.
Prepare the required ingredients, soak the wakame in cold water (a handful can soak a lot)
2.
Cut off the old roots of the enoki mushrooms and blanch them in a pot of boiling water for about 1 minute (cut off as much as possible to prevent the old roots from affecting the taste. The blanching time should not be long, and the enoki mushrooms will grow old after a long time)
3.
The wakame is also blanched in boiling water for about 1 minute (if the wakame is too big, you can chop it up)
4.
After letting the wakame and enoki mushrooms cool, fully squeeze the water, add minced garlic, chopped green onion and all seasonings and mix well (must be fully squeezed dry so as to fully absorb the flavor of the seasoning and ensure a crispy taste Good dishes are hot and sour. My food is lighter, so I don’t add much hot sauce, so I add it according to my taste)
