Dried Bonito and Kelp Soup

The kelp will clean the impurities on the surface and wipe it with a dry cloth for later use.

Put water in the pot, then put the kelp to boil after high heat, remove the kelp

Put the bonito flakes in the pot, when the bonito flakes are completely settled, turn off the heat, simmer for 10 minutes and then remove, filter and take the soup, add salt to taste
Tips:
Kombu is actually wakame, if you don't have it, you can use kelp instead.
