Bamboo Boiled Chicken Feet

Dried shiitake mushrooms are soaked in warm water to wash away dust and sand.

Soak the bamboo sticks in cold water for 30 minutes.

Cut the soaked bamboo into 4cm pieces.

Chop off the nails of the chicken feet, put them in a pot and boil for 3 minutes to remove the fishy.

Wash the drenched chicken feet, chop them apart from the middle and set aside.

Heat oil over medium heat, add the chicken feet when it is 50% hot to make golden brown.

Remove and drain the oil and soak in cold water until soft.

Leave 2 tablespoons of oil in the pot, add garlic, ginger slices, and chili until fragrant.

Add the fragrant ru and stir fry for 3 minutes.

Put the chicken feet into the right amount of water, a spoonful of cooking wine, cover and cook for 15 minutes.

Finally, add bamboo sticks, stir fry with oyster sauce, soy sauce, and salt.

Turn to low heat and simmer for 7 minutes after the high heat is boiled, and wait until the soup is dry.
Tips:
1 The yuba must be soaked in cold water until soft to remove the beany smell.
2 The yuba must be soaked in cold water. If it is soaked in hot water, the yuba is fragile.
