Bamboo Cane, Horseshoe and Pork Bone Soup

Pork bones in a pot of cold water, boil over medium heat.
After blanching the blood, take it out and rinse it for later use.

Peel part of bamboo cane and cut into sections (this step can be handled by the vegetable market owner).
Peel the horseshoes, wash and bundle the roots into a bundle, cut the corn, and cut the carrot with a hob.

Put all the ingredients in the soup pot, add a proper amount of water, bring to a boil on medium heat and change to low heat. Simmer for 90 minutes on low heat
After cooking, add appropriate amount of salt to taste according to personal taste.
