Bamboo Shoot Bacon

Blanch the bamboo shoots in hot water, add a little salt and hemp oil

Cut bamboo shoots into strips, cut pork belly with sausage, and slice peppers

Stir-fry pork belly and then add sausage to fry the oil (personally think that bamboo shoots are better fried with hemp oil, if there is bacon, cut into thin slices and fry the oil, you don’t need pork belly), stir fry with chili, then add bamboo shoots and stir fry

When you are ready to start the pot, add some salt, and pour some light soy sauce (or leave it alone). It is best not to put water in the whole process, so that the bamboo shoots are crispy
