Bamboo Shoot Sliced Ham Soup

Prepare ingredients: bamboo shoots, yuba (dried), homemade ham, ginger, shallots;

Soak the yuba with water until soft;

Wash the yuba and cut into thin strips; slice ham sausage; slice old ginger, and chopped green onions;

Wash the bamboo shoots and squeeze out the water; my parents have processed the bamboo shoots for me and can be cooked directly; if you buy the bamboo shoots, they need to be peeled and sliced, soaked in water, blanched, and squeezed out before cooking;

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot;

Add ginger slices, drizzle in olive oil, and bring to a boil;

Add bamboo shoots and cook for about 10 minutes;

Add the yuba and cook for about 2 minutes;

Add the ham and cook for about 3 minutes;

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly; turn off the heat, raise the pot, sprinkle chopped green onion; [Sliced bamboo shoots ham soup] is ready
Tips:
1. My parents have processed the bamboo shoots for me and can be cooked directly; if you buy the bamboo shoots, you need to peel and slice, soak in water, blanch, and squeeze the water before cooking;
2. Our ham sausage is homemade, it has been steamed when making it, and then frozen and stored; when it is used for boiling soup, it should not be cooked for too long, so finally put the ham slices;
