Bamboo Shoots, Dried Vegetables, Bacon, Boiled Winter Melon

Ingredients: bacon (sliced), winter melon (cleaned and sliced), dried bamboo shoots (soaked)

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut bacon and stir fry.

Then, add the soaked bamboo shoots and dried vegetables (and add an appropriate amount of the soaked bamboo shoots and dried vegetables in the soup), stir and boil until cooked.
