Bamboo Shoots Stuffed with Meat

Prepare bamboo shoots and minced pork

The bamboo shoots are shelled, and the old roots are removed, and the middle section is cut into different lengths, and then the middle knots are removed with a knife, leaving the pointed ends of the bamboo shoots.

Boil the pot under cold water and pick it up

Prepare chopped green onion and water starch

Add egg white, 2 grams of salt to the minced pork, stir the rice wine in a clockwise direction until the oil is sticky, then add half of the chopped green onion and stir well
