Ban Su Braised Chicken

Boil Bansu in hot water and peel off the coat.

Wash the chicken and chop into pieces.
3.
Wash all ingredients and cut them for later use.
4.
Put the slab millet in the frying pan and fry it and remove it from the serving plate for later use.

Put oil in the pot, add sliced ginger, garlic and red pepper shreds until fragrant.

Add the chopped chicken nuggets.

Stir-fry well, then add cooking wine, salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the color changes and put in the slab millet.
9.
Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for ten minutes.
10.
Add the remaining green and red pepper slices.
11.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion, add a small amount of chicken essence and mix well.
12.
Take out the pan and serve.
