I have eaten this dish outside, but it is not too difficult to try to cook it at home, but it will take a long time. "

Baked Abalone with Raw Sauce

1. Prepare the main ingredients. When the abalone is bought in the market, the internal organs have been processed in advance.

2. Prepare the auxiliary materials, the small millet is better.

3. Nao the chicken feet, chicken wings, and pig skin into water.

4. After the water is flooded, put it into the pressure cooker and put about one-third of the water in the pot.

5. After airing, press down on a small fire for 1 hour.

6. Make a few cuts on the abalone (the protruding side).

7. Filter the pressed soup and pour it into a casserole, and add the abalone. (If there is soup left, add it when the water is not enough)

8. After the soup pot is boiled over high heat, put the light soy sauce, abalone juice and a little peanut sauce in the mixture, and simmer for 3 hours.

9. Add boiled water and put the scallops in a microwave oven and peel them. Add in the soup after boiling for 1 hour.

10. The bansu is cooked in a pot for about 40 minutes.

11. After 3 hours of boiling the soup, the soup is thick and viscous. Turn off the heat.

12. The abalone shell and red ginseng (or ginseng) are blanched in hot water and drained. Add boiling water and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.

13. The broccoli is hot with boiling water.

14. Serve on a plate and serve a bowl of rice.

Tips:

1. After eating the abalone, the remaining soup in the plate can be dipped into a bowl of rice and eaten. The taste is very good.

2. Red ginseng is slightly bitter than ginseng. Red ginseng is used instead when ginseng is used up at home.
