I like how to eat millet, and the taste of powder. Our hometown sells a lot of wild millet, which is very delicious, I miss it! I often buy it here but it’s expensive."

Banso Roasted Chicken

1. Peel and wash chestnuts (I bought peeled ones).

2. Cut the chicken into small pieces and set aside.

3. Heat the pan, add the chicken and stir-fry until the oil comes out. Add all the seasonings and stir-fry well (except the chicken essence).

4. Add pure water to the chicken nuggets.

5. Cook for ten minutes on medium heat, then add Bansu to medium-low heat and cook for about 20 minutes.

6. Cook until the juice is collected, add chicken essence and stir-fry, then it is out of the pan and placed on the plate.

Tips:

Don't put the bansu when you add water, it will boil and break.
