Banana Cake

Prepare all the materials

After peeling the banana, press it into a puree with a spoon, add lemon juice and mix well

Separate the egg yolk, add water and salad oil and stir well

Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well

Add the mashed bananas and stir well

Put tartar powder in the egg whites, beat until coarsely foamed, add sugar in two portions, until the egg whites are beaten to neutral foam

Take 1/3 of the egg white paste and put it into the egg yolk paste

After mixing well, pour the egg yolk paste into the egg white basin

Pour the cake batter into a baking pan that has been spread with greased paper, lift it up to make a big bubble

Put the baking tray into the preheated oven and bake at 160°C for 20-25 minutes until the color is fully cooked

The baked cake is immediately removed from the baking tray, placed on the grill to cool and cut into pieces
Tips:
1. Adding lemon juice to the mashed banana can prevent discoloration.
2. If there is no tartar powder, you can add lemon juice or a little white vinegar to increase the stability of the egg white paste.
3. If the surface color is too fast during the baking process, you can cover it with tin foil.
