Banana Cheese Pie

Heat the butter until melted and pour into the low flour.

Mix well and knead into coarse corn flour by hand.

Add eggs and salt.

Quickly knead into a uniform dough, refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

The cream cheese melts by heating in water.

Add whipped cream and stir well.

After cooling, add the beaten eggs and stir well.

Peel the banana and cut out 8-10 pieces for surface decoration.

The remaining bananas are crushed into a paste with a spoon.

Add the banana paste to the cheese filling and mix well.

In order to make the filling more smooth, it is recommended to put the prepared cheese paste in a food processor and stir for 1 minute.
