Banana Coconut Biscuits

Peel the banana and cut into small pieces.

Mix low powder, shredded coconut, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and mix well.

Add olive oil and stir well.

Add water and banana diced, and mix until there is no dry powder.

The batter is moist.

Use a small spoon to scoop up the batter and spread it on the baking tray. Use the back of the spoon to gently flatten the batter.

Bake at 170 degrees in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes and then color the edges.
Tips:
Try to choose ripe bananas to make this biscuit so that the aroma of bananas will be strong. If the banana is not too ripe, the effect will not be good enough.
