I went to the park last weekend and bought a lot of bananas and I didn’t finish eating them. This season I can’t keep them for long. I made banana pie for breakfast, which the kids love.

Banana Egg Pancake

1. Use a fork to press two bananas into puree, and make it as thin as possible. If you have a food processor, you can puree directly

2. Beat in the eggs and mix well

3. Pour in flour, add a little more water, add water while stirring

4. Stir it into a batter, not too thick

5. Pour in the batter after preheating the electric baking pan, without covering the lid, turn it over in two minutes

6. Fry until golden on both sides

7. Suddenly I remembered that there are black sesame seeds. After scooping the batter into the pot, you can sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top to make it more delicious.

Tips:

Children like the sweet taste very much. The sweetness of bananas is very sweet, so there is no need to add additional sugar at all.
