Banana Milk Biscuits
1.
Banana peeled and pressed into puree
2.
Add eggs and flour and stir well, stir in milk, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and stir well (no salt is ok)
3.
Flat-bottomed non-stick pan, heat the pan, scoop a spoonful of batter, and fry on low heat. When the edge starts to change color and there are small pores on the surface, you can turn it over. Fry it for a while after turning it over.
Tips:
1. If it is not a non-stick pan, let it fry it a little bit;
2. Match with blueberries, sliced bananas, and top with some sweet-scented osmanthus or honey to increase the nutritious taste to enhance the shape;
3. Forgot to put the prepared walnuts. It seems that if you have a bad memory, you should really eat more walnuts.
