Banana Pizza
1.
Put milk, eggs, salt, sugar, flour, and yeast into the bread machine in turn, and start the kneading program to start kneading.
2.
After mixing into a smooth dough, add butter and continue mixing until the glove film is pulled out.
3.
The fermentation becomes several times larger, and the hole does not disappear after pressing the finger.
4.
Take 80 grams of dough and place it on a chopping board with dried noodles.
5.
Roll into a 3mm thick round cake.
6.
Place it in the pizza tray, fold the dough onto the side of the pizza tray to form a slightly higher edge of the pizza. I used the Yangchen non-stick pie plate with wave pattern. The finished product has wave pattern, which is more beautiful.
7.
Spread a layer of shredded cheese on the dough and sprinkle in an appropriate amount of pizza straw.
8.
Cut a banana into 5mm thick slices and place them evenly on the dough.
9.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese again, leaving a half-centimeter gap on the edge to prevent the cheese from flowing out after being heated and melted.
10.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the middle layer and bake for 20 minutes. Take out the middle layer and brush a proper amount of vegetable oil on the edge dough of the pizza to prevent the dough from being too dry.
Tips:
1. The dough in the recipe can be made into about 5 8-inch pizza dough, and the remaining dough can be made into bread, or it can be sealed and frozen for next use. 2. Approximately 1 big banana is used for an 8-inch pizza. 3. Brush the oil twice during the baking process to make the edges of the pizza softer.
