Banana Roulade.

Prepare two bananas and cut the middle part into sections.

Cut the fresh meat into thin slices that are big enough to wrap the banana segments.

Roll up the banana with sliced meat and sprinkle some salt on the outside.

Coat the finished banana pieces evenly with a thin layer of flour.
5.
Dip the floured banana pieces evenly with egg whites.
6.
Wrap it with rice.

Heat the oil to 70% heat, put the processed banana meat rolls into the pan, and fry them over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
8.
Drain the oil with a colander and serve on a plate.
