Bandit Chicken

Chop the chicken into pieces, add 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp brown sugar powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp white wine, mix well by hand .

Smash 1 star anise, add 2 tsp of Chinese pepper, mix well, and let stand for about 30 minutes. If you are not in a hurry to cook, add the flavor overnight.

Sliced carrot, sliced celery, sliced ginger, minced garlic, sliced shallot, prepared cinnamon 1 finger, 2 dried chili, 2 tsp cumin, 1 star anise, 3 bay leaves, 1 tangerine peel.

Bring to a boil and raise the heat to medium high heat, add the bottom oil, pour the chicken nuggets and stir dry water, set aside.

Boil the pot again, medium-high heat, put the base oil, add 1 finger cinnamon, 2 dried chilies, 2 tsp cumin, 1 star anise, 3 bay leaves, 1 tangerine peel, ginger slices and shallots, sauté, and put in Minced garlic, then burst for a while.
