Bansu Chicken Wings

After washing the chicken wings, cut them into three sections, soak them in water and cooking wine for half an hour, then remove them and drain them.

The bansu is shelled and set aside.

Put star anise, pepper, green onion and ginger in a pot until fragrant, add chicken wings, stir fry with a little sugar for color.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add Bansu and continue to stir fry.
6.
Add water, cooking wine, and salt to a simmer.
7.
When the soup is almost collected, hook in the water starch to collect the juice out of the pot.
