Baodan Wanton

Add oil to the pot, heat up and add the wonton.

Fry the bottom until slightly yellow.
3.
Pour in water that has not been over 1/2 wonton and cook until the water is dry.

Stir the eggs and salt evenly, and pour in the egg liquid.
5.
Cover the pan, fry until the egg is solidified, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
6.
Cover the pot for about a minute, and finally sprinkle black sesame seeds.
7.
Turn off the heat and use the residual heat to solidify the egg liquid.
