1. 200g pork belly, cut into pieces, 1 sliced onion, 10g shredded ginger, 1 cut chili

2. Pour pork belly, ginger and onion slices into the bowl, then pour 3g light soy sauce, 3g oyster sauce, appropriate amount of chili noodles, 2g salt, 3g white sugar, stir well, and marinate for 1 hour

3. Skewer pork belly with wooden skewers

4. Pour 5ml of oil from the pan, add the meat skewers and fry on both sides to make golden brown on both sides, out of the pan
