Barbecue-flavored Potato Chips

Peel the potatoes, use a tool to cut the knife strips and soak them in water.

Drain the water.

The right amount of grilling essence.

Add oil to the wok (slightly more), and fry the potato strips slightly.

Fry until the potato strips are cooked through and turn yellow on the outside. Pour out the excess oil.

Add the right amount of barbecue essence.

Drop right amount of light soy sauce.
8.
Sprinkle chopped green onion and stir well and serve.
Tips:
If you don't like too much oil, you can blanch the potato strips in advance and then fry them.
