Barbecue Ham Pizza

I forgot to make the noodles in the previous step, just say: the yeast is melted with a little warm water (one-third of the required ingredients). Add sugar, salt, milk powder, and yeast water to the flour and mix well. Then continue to add the remaining water. After kneading into a smooth dough, add vegetable oil and continue kneading. The kneading process is about 15 minutes. Knead in all the oil and knead it for a while. Then cover it with a damp cloth to ferment! I use the oven to ferment for 40 minutes. Pizza pi can be skipped and just sprinkle the ingredients.

After fermenting to 2.5 times the size, take it out and press the exhaust, and then rush to 8 inches in size.
