You can chop it up, add some thickening (the cornstarch is dissolved in water) and stir-fry the remaining juice for a while to make the filling for the barbecued pork bun.
It can also be cut piece by piece and served.

Barbecued Pork

1. Pour the water into the pot, add the bay leaves, star anise, and tangerine peels to cook until fragrant.

2. Add the pork and the remaining seasonings, and adjust the color to dark yellow and black. If the color is not enough, add some dark soy sauce.

3. Bring to a boil on a high heat, and boil the water on a low heat to almost dry quickly, leaving only one third of the big one, and you can get out of the pot.
