Barbecued Pork
1.
Pierce the meat with a toothpick, add seasonings (except honey) and marinate for 12 to 24 hours, at least 30 to 120 minutes.
2.
Thread the marinated meat or spread it on the grill, and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
3.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes. During roasting, take out and brush with marinade twice
4.
Take out the first roasted char siu and brush with honey. Bake in a 160 degree oven for about 15 minutes, being careful not to burn.
5.
Take out and let cool slightly.
6.
Just slice it on the dish. Note that it will not taste good if it is kept cold.
Tips:
The roasting time is not fixed. I have exceeded 10 minutes this time. I have to observe the changes of the meat. The cooked pork must be eaten cooked. In addition, the oven temperature of each brand is different, and the temperature indication of how many ovens is not accurate, it is best to test it by yourself, otherwise it will be easy to test or be unfamiliar.
