The pork neck meat is used here. I think it’s better than roasted pork belly. Because it’s crispier and I like to use lemon to remove the fishy. I think it not only removes the fishy, but also has a light lemon flavor. It’s as good as using ginger without lemon.

Barbecued Pork

1. Prepare the above ingredients. Wash the pork neck in advance

5. Then put it in the refrigerator to marinate. It can be marinated for 5 hours, so it can be marinated for one night.

6. After marinating, put it in an air fryer and fry for 30 minutes. The process needs to be turned over. If there is no air fryer, use an oven. Bake at 190 degrees for 40 minutes
