I drank Hakka local pig soup with my family in a Hakka restaurant. It was delicious. Although I don’t know how to make it, I made this soup based on my taste. It is also delicious with white peppercorns. It tastes a bit like Their soup.

Stewed Pig Soup

1. Clean the pork neck and slice it, and put the washed white pepper and meat slices in the steaming bowl.

2. Add 800 ml of water.

3. Put 1200 ml of water in the pot, put it on the steaming rack, wrap the steaming bowl with tin foil and put it on the steaming rack.

4. Select the automatic cooking function and steam for 33 minutes.

5. At the end of automatic cooking, wear special heat-insulating gloves to open the lid and tin foil, take out the soup and steaming bowl together, and add 3 grams of salt, peanut oil and chopped green onion.

Tips:

1. Oil and salt can be adjusted appropriately according to personal taste, don't be too salty.

2. Steam in an ordinary pot. After boiling, turn to medium and low heat.
