Barbecued Pork with Egg Yolk in Rice Cooker

Cut the meat in the middle, but don't cut the meat.

Seasoning sauce. Prepare a small bowl, add the barbecued pork sauce, maple syrup, caster sugar, red yeast rice powder, water, dark soy sauce, diced onion, minced ginger, and minced garlic, and mix well.
