Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

Wash the pork belly and peel it off

Put the seasoning together in a bowl and stir well.

Put the seasoning into the pork belly and stir well.

Wrap it in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator overnight.

Wrap the baking tray with tin foil.

Take out the marinated pork belly and place it in a baking tray.

Then put it in the low-level oven and bake, the upper tube is 160 degrees, the lower tube is 180 degrees, and the time is 50 minutes. It needs to be turned twice halfway.
Tips:
It is recommended to use an oven that can independently control the temperature up and down. I use Dongling’s DL-K32W oven. During the baking process, remember to turn the barbecued pork twice!
