Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce
1.
The meat I bought from the supermarket itself is thick slices, but not very thick, it is best to cut into a thickness of about 2cm
2.
Stir the sesame sauce with light soy sauce and wine, then add maltose and stir. If it is not easy to stir evenly, you can microwave it for a few seconds, then add the chopped garlic and all the remaining marinade and mix well.
3.
Spread the marinade on the meat slices, knead it by hand for 5 minutes, cover the surface with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 days. You can take out the meat and turn over halfway to make the marinade more even
4.
Spread tin foil on the baking tray, put a grilling net on top, and put the marinated meat slices into the preheated 200℃ oven
5.
Stir 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/2 tablespoon of water into honey water, bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes, remove the meat slices and brush with honey water
6.
Return to the oven, turn to 175°C and bake for another 15 minutes, take it out, brush again with honey water, and bake it for 15 minutes after brushing. This time is an estimate, and it may not be the same every time I do it. Take it out after seeing the coloring
