Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

To prepare the marinated soup, put oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and salt in a bowl, honey, sugar, red yeast rice noodles, and warm water in a bowl and mix well.

Pour 2 tablespoons of Huadiao wine directly into the meat pot.

Pour all the marinated ginger slices into the meat, stir evenly, seal with plastic wrap, put in the refrigerator and marinate for more than 12 hours.

Line the baking pan with tin foil and brush with a thin layer of oil.

Put the meat in the roasting pan.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes and put it in the oven. Bake the meat on both sides of the fire at 170°C for 17 minutes on both sides of the middle layer. Bake a total of 34 minutes.

Let cool slightly after baking, slice and serve.
Tips:
1. Pork belly is best peeled.
2. The marinated soup should be more, soak the meat to add more flavor.
3. The size of the oven is related to the temperature of the oven. Generally, a large oven needs a higher temperature, and a small oven needs a lower temperature. You should adjust the temperature according to your own oven. My oven is 24L. The required temperature is 170 degrees, the upper and lower fire, the middle layer is baked on both sides for 17 minutes.
4. Add a spoonful of rice vinegar to make the meat softer and more fragrant.
