Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

Prepare ingredients: 500 grams of plum meat, 3 tablespoons of barbecued pork sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 4 grams of ginger powder;

Cut 500 grams of pork plum meat into 3 portions, soak in clean water to remove blood impurities, and use a fork to dazzle the plum meat to facilitate the seasoning and flavor;

Put 3 tablespoons of barbecued pork sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 5 grams of honey, 4 grams of ginger powder and plum meat into the fresh-keeping bag;

Tips:
1. Massage the meat by hand when marinating the meat, which can make it absorb the sauce faster;
2. The overall marinating time is about 24 hours, which is more tasty and colored, and the time can also be shortened or extended appropriately;
3. Put tin foil on the baking pan and place it on the bottom of the oven to catch the oil that fell off the barbecue. This kind of oil is dark and difficult to clean. Don't use the baking pan directly.
