Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce
1.
Wash the pork and cut into similar sizes (in order to better control the roasting time);
2.
After the pork is drained, add garlic and three spoons of char siu sauce, and stir evenly in a large plate;
3.
On a large plate, evenly dip each side of the pork with char siu sauce and minced garlic, leave it at room temperature for 2 hours, turn it over and "massage" the pork from time to time to facilitate the taste~~
4.
Take a sealed box, put the marinated pork in the refrigerator and marinate for 24 hours. You can take it out and turn it over several times during the marinating process;
5.
Place the marinated barbecued pork on the grill, and line the baking tray with oil paper or tin foil to catch the dripping oil (mostly to facilitate the cleaning of the baking tray);
6.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake at 220 degrees for 20 minutes, then take it out, brush evenly with a layer of honey, and continue to bake for 5 minutes in the oven;
7.
Take out, turn it over, brush with a layer of honey, put it in the oven and bake for another 20 minutes, then slice it and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
(1) The char siu made from tenderloin is the softest and juicy meat~~~
