Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce
1.
Put the plum meat in the cooking bowl, add the barbecued pork sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, rice wine, red yeast rice powder, and ginger shreds;
2.
Use a fork to pierce the meat to make it easier for the pork to taste, and put it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight (the longer the marinating time, the better the taste);
3.
Put the marinated plum meat on the tin foil, and pour the marinated meat juice on the meat;
4.
After the foil is wrapped, put it in the baking tray;
5.
Put it into the oven, bake the upper and lower tubes at 190 degrees for 40 minutes, then open the tin foil package;
6.
Put the meat on the grill, brush the honey water adjusted in advance on the meat (the grill pan is next to the grill to prevent the honey from dripping);
7.
Put the grill into the oven again, open the top tube and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, during this time, take out the meat and turn it over and brush it with honey water;
8.
After baking, simmer in the oven for a while, take it out, let cool and slice it.
Tips:
The seasoned meat should be marinated for more time to taste better.
