Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

Cut the pork into 2 cm thick strips. In order to marinate more deliciously, poke around with a toothpick a few times

Cut the shallots into sections, and put the ginger slices and star anise into the meat

Pour all seasonings except honey into the meat and mix well

Pour it into a fresh-keeping bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight

Take out the pork from the refrigerator, spread a piece of oil paper on the grill, take the pork out and put it on the grill, remove the shallots, ginger and star anise

Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes

Turn the pork over, brush a layer on the meat surface with the marinated juice, and roast for another 20 minutes

Take out, brush the surface of the meat with honey water, brush it in all directions, and bake for 10 minutes

Then take out the pork, turn it over and brush a layer of honey water, and bake for 10 minutes

Tips:
Pork marinated for a longer time will be more delicious. If you don’t have time, it’s better to marinate for about 1 hour. If you want a darker color, you can add some dark soy sauce, because I don’t like too dark color, so I don’t need to use 180 degrees of slow fire Roast slowly, so that the meat is more tender and juicy, but the time is relatively longer. Every oven is different. You can control it by yourself. You can open it and observe it several times for better control.
