Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

Wash the tenderloin, control the moisture, and cut into slices.

Stir all the seasonings evenly.
3.
Stir the seasoning and meat slices and marinate for 3 hours.
4.
String the marinated meat slices on the rope to control the soup.
5.
After the moisture is dry, place it on a wire to dry for 24 hours.
6.
Spread flat in the steamer.
7.
Steam for 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. If you do a lot at a time, you can freeze it in the refrigerator.
2. After the barbecued pork has cooled naturally, it can be shredded and eaten.
