Barbecued Pork with Rose Dew Honey Sauce

It is more refreshing and not greasy to make char siu with pork neck. Of course, the best pork belly can also be made. Wash the meat, soak up the water with kitchen paper, mix the light soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, and rose wine, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Preheat the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Spread tin foil on the baking tray. Coat both sides of the pork neck with honey and spread it flat on the tin foil. Bake up and down at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
