Barbecued Pork with Tofu and Honey Sauce

Prepare the ingredients: wash the old tofu and control the moisture;

Cut the tofu into cubes, then cut along the diagonal;

Prepare the sauce: appropriate amount of barbecued pork sauce, light soy sauce, honey, salt, chicken powder, cold boiled and mixed well;

Heat the wok, pour in a little more vegetable oil; add tofu and fry over medium heat;

Deep-fry the tofu until golden on both sides, just observe the hard shell on the surface of the tofu;

Remove the fried tofu and use a kitchen paper towel to absorb the oil;

Leave the bottom oil in the wok;
8.
Pour in the sauce and stir well;
9.
Pour in tofu corners, stir fry quickly to collect the juice;
10.
Sprinkle in white sesame seeds;
11.
Turn off the heat and start the pot.
Tips:
1. After deep-fried tofu, use kitchen paper towels to wash off the excess oil. When cooking again, the heat will be reduced a lot;
