Barley Soup with Winter Melon and Pork Ribs

Ingredients: ribs (washed and blanched), winter melon (peeled and seeded, washed and cut open), barley kernels (washed and soaked in advance for 1.5 hours)

Put the blanched ribs and soaked barley kernels into the pressure cooker.

Add some water.

Then, close the lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, add the winter melon and bring to a boil, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
