Barracuda Stewed Frozen Tofu

Wash the barracuda and set aside.

Cut the tofu and set aside.

Onion. Ginger. Pepper. Aniseed. Chili.

Put the oil in the pot to heat up, add the seasonings and fry to create a fragrance.

Add soybean paste and sauté until fragrant.
