Basic Japanese Sushi
1.
Take two eggs, beat them in a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, stir well and fry them into omelets. Heat the pan on high heat, pancakes on low fire, do not move, and fry slowly to make sure the omelets are formed.
2.
Cut the fried omelet into strips.
3.
Cut the carrots into strips, blanch and cook.
4.
Cut the cucumber into strips.
5.
Cut corn sausage into strips.
6.
Take an appropriate amount of sushi vinegar. If you don't have one, you can make your own. The ratio is salt 1: sugar 2: vinegar 2. You need to melt the three.
7.
Add the sushi vinegar to the rice and stir well.
8.
Start making sushi: spread out the bamboo curtain roll and put a piece of plastic wrap on it.
9.
Put a piece of sushi nori.
10.
Spread some rice, put on disposable gloves, and press the rice a little bit more firmly, so that the cut out sushi looks better.
11.
Spread a layer of salad dressing evenly.
12.
Add pork floss.
13.
Add other prepared ingredients: omelet strips, carrot strips, cucumber strips, corn intestine strips.
