Basil Chips

Peel the potatoes and wash them.

Prepare three seasonings: crushed chili, cumin powder, and basil leaves.

Slice potatoes, soak them in water, and wash off the starch.

Mix the three seasonings evenly.

Drain the washed potato chips.

Heat oil, add potato chips and fry.
