Basil Fired Squid

Peel and wash the small squid

Wash the basil leaves
3.
Cut the small squid into small circles
4.
Finely chop basil leaves and cut a little red pepper
5.
In a frying pan, stir-fry chopped basil leaves
6.
Pour the squid and stir fry for a while until the squid changes color.
7.
Add some salt, add red hot pepper, stir-fry evenly, then serve
Tips:
This is the first time I use basil instead of sliced ginger to stir-fry seafood. It is really delicious.
