Bass Stewed Radish

Clean the perch,
2.
Slice the radish, fry it first to remove the spiciness of the radish,
3.
Re-saute, add water to the perch,
4.
Add radish slices after boiling,
5.
Add oyster sauce, white pepper, and salt to taste before serving.
Tips:
The radish will taste better if it is fried in advance.
