Sea bass is usually steamed or squirrel fish. It’s nice to make soup today with some radishes. To remove the fishy smell, you can add white pepper, which is delicious.

Bass Stewed Radish

1. Clean the perch,

2. Slice the radish, fry it first to remove the spiciness of the radish,

3. Re-saute, add water to the perch,

4. Add radish slices after boiling,

5. Add oyster sauce, white pepper, and salt to taste before serving.

Tips:

The radish will taste better if it is fried in advance.
