I bought a honey-glazed lemon grilled wing a while ago. I thought it tasted very weak. I was about to go home to bake and try it myself. I happened to get a place at Bawang Supermarket. After I received the chicken wings, I acted immediately and tried this. Very simple and delicious grilled chicken wings.

Bawang Supermarket | Honey Lemon Roasted Wings

1. Wash the chicken wings and drain them for later use.

2. Take a toothpick and pierce the chicken wings all over the small holes.

3. Prepare the pickled seasoning. You can adjust this according to your own preferences. If you don't like the color too dark, you can leave out the dark soy sauce.

4. Then put all the ingredients into the processed chicken wings.

5. Seal the cling film and prepare to refrigerate overnight.

6. The next day, take out the marinated chicken wings and prepare bamboo sticks. Bamboo sticks are used to facilitate repeated brushing.

7. Pour lemonade into honey. If you have mint at home, you can put a mint leaf in it. Lemon juice is fresh.

8. After the chicken wings are skewered, put them in the baking tray and start the pickled color. Don't worry about it. After baking, there will be no different shades.

9. Brush the surface with honey water, then put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes.

10. Take it out after 10 minutes, turn it over, brush it with honey water, and put it in the oven again for 10 minutes.

11. Take it out again, brush the surface with honey water, and put it in the oven again for about 15 minutes.

12. The very simple honey-glazed lemon grilled wings is complete.

Tips:

1. Do not ignore the jacks on the chicken wings, otherwise it will not be easy to taste.
2. If you don't like the color too dark, don't use soy sauce.
3. It is best if you have fresh lemons. When you turn it over, sprinkle a little on the surface to make the lemon taste more obvious.
