1. Wash the shiitake mushrooms, remove the roots and slice them

2. Potatoes, carrots, peeled and diced

3. Put the pork ribs in a pot under cold water, put green onions, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, boil the pot and simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat, use chopsticks to remove the ribs, the blood foam will remain in the pot

8. Pour the soy sauce into the ribs. The old sauce is heavy in color. Be careful when putting it. If you don’t like the dark color, you can use light soy sauce instead.

9. Add salt and chicken essence and stir fry evenly

10. Spread the fried dishes on the rice and put them in the electric pressure cooker to select the cooking function

11. After steaming, open the lid and stir well with chopsticks
