Wash the shiitake mushrooms, remove the roots and slice them

Potatoes, carrots, peeled and diced

Put the pork ribs in a pot under cold water, put green onions, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, boil the pot and simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat, use chopsticks to remove the ribs, the blood foam will remain in the pot

Put the rice in the electric pressure cooker and wash it, then add the amount of water used for steaming rice.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it up, add chopped chives and fry until fragrant

Add carrots, potatoes, and mushrooms and stir-fry evenly

Pour the soy sauce into the ribs. The old sauce is heavy in color. Be careful when putting it. If you don’t like the dark color, you can use light soy sauce instead.

Add salt and chicken essence and stir fry evenly
