Bawang Supermarket | Stir-fried Beef with Onion

Ingredients: onion, beef, hang pepper

Cut beef into large slices, add barbecue sauce, black pepper, cooking wine, starch

Cut the onion cubes, hang pepper into sections, cut some chopped green onions and ginger for later use.

Tips:
1. When cooking, the fire should be high and the speed should be fast.
2. The beef is seasoned with barbecue sauce. When frying, you only need to add some oyster sauce for freshness and dark soy sauce. No need to add salt.
