Prepare the ingredients

Preheat the oven to 176°C. Remove the film from the ribs. This film will affect the taste of the meat and will harden the ribs, as shown in the picture. Mix all seasoning bowls well.

Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of seasoning on each rib. Wrap it in aluminum foil and put it in the oven for 2.5 hours.

Pour the barbecue sauce ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Then turn to low heat and cook until only half of the juice remains. After the ribs are grilled, cool to room temperature. Place the ribs on the grill and grill them over a medium-high heat. Brush with barbecue sauce while grilling.
